How much is delivery?
Clothing orders (printed on demand via a third-party service): £2.99
1-2 Working Days: £5.99 - if placed before 1 p.m orders normally arrive the next day. Orders after 1 p.m. normally tale 48 hours to be delivered.
How long does delivery take?
Clothing orders: Printed and shipped in 3–5 days.
1-2 Working Days: Arrives the following working day if placed before 1 p.m. (48 hours if placed after).
Can I track my order? Yes! Once your order is on its way you’ll get a Royal Mail tracking number. You can follow it here: Track your order.

What’s your returns policy? If something’s not quite right, or your item arrives faulty, just give us a shout and we’ll sort a refund or exchange for you. Simple as that.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour? Of course - as long as the item’s unused and still in its original packaging. The only thing we ask is that you cover the return shipping.

Can I buy a gift card? Yes! We offer a physical membership gift card made from sustainable bamboo — it’ll be posted straight to the address you choose. A little wildness, ready to be gifted.
How do I redeem a gift card? Simple. The recipient just pops the membership code from the card into the checkout on our Join page. It’ll reduce the cost to £0 and unlock a full year of CampWild membership.
Do you offer digital gift cards? Our membership gift cards are physical, but we also have the Wild Prescription Note — a digital product you can send instantly.
Do you offer gift wrapping? Not as standard, but if you’ve got something special in mind, drop us a message and we’ll see what we can do.

What’s the difference between Everyday Fit and Oversized Fit? Everyday Fit is your go-to standard T-shirt — comfy, true to size, and made for daily wear. Oversized Fit is cut looser and boxier, sitting longer and wider for that laid-back, relaxed style.
Do these items run small or large? They fit true to size. If you like your tees on the looser side, we’d recommend sizing up.
Are the kids’ sizes proportioned according to UK sizing? Yes — all kids’ sizes follow standard UK sizing.
What if my size isn’t available? Because our clothing is printed on demand, we don’t hold stock in-house. If you can’t see your size, just get in touch through our contact page and we’ll check for you.Size Charts:

Yes, we do - but depending on where you are, customs or import duties might apply. If you’re not sure, just drop us a message before ordering and we’ll help you figure it out.

Everything we send out is packaged plastic-free. Clothing comes in fully compostable bags, and for other products we use recyclable or sustainable materials wherever possible. It’s all part of our Leave It Better philosophy.

Clothing All of our clothing is made from 100% organic cotton, produced in factories powered by renewable energy and checked against high ethical standards. Each piece is printed on demand so nothing goes to waste — no excess stock, just what’s needed.
All other products For everything else, we do our best to source responsible, circular and sustainable materials wherever we can. It’s part of our Leave It Better philosophy — making sure the things we create have a positive footprint. If you’ve got a specific question about a product, just give us a shout.

What are your products made from? Our clothing is made to order, so we don’t create any excess stock. Every piece is crafted from 100% organic cotton and printed using eco-friendly inks — good for you, and gentler on the planet.
How should I wash and care for my clothing? Keep it simple: wash at 30°C, inside out, with similar colours. Skip the tumble dryer if you can — it’ll help your tee or sweatshirt last longer and keep the print looking fresh.

Does the £1 donation apply to all products? Yes — on every order over £20 we donate £1 to Rewilding Britain. It’s part of our wider commitment to rewilding, alongside our own ReWild Spaces and the partnerships we’re building to help nature bounce back across the UK.
Will I see the donation in my order confirmation? We’re working on making this show up automatically. In the meantime, rest assured every qualifying order is included in the donation.
